That is a very old version of SQL server too. The producer/distributor of the software should be your first contact, as any changes you make may make it non standard and you may get into a "you misconfigured it, we do do support you situation", especially as it is a clinical system. If you think you already have SQL and dont need it, why not uninstall it? I'm installing the software on my personal computer which is at home, not on any network and I am the only one who uses it. The information for correcting errors seems to be aimed at people who are setting up servers rather than for numpties trying to connect whilst installing software. ![]() I'm pretty rubbish at the technical side when it talks of data programming/source paths (for want of the correct technical name). The software is a new version brought out to be compatible with W.10. It looks as if SQL Server 2005 was already on the computer and the software as loaded versions 20. SQL Server does not exist or access denied. Could not connect to Microsoft SQL Server ‘(local)\ACCUCHEK360’. Every time I try to install my new Diabetes Management software on my Windows 10 desktop I get the following error message:Įrror 27502.
